she cleary had envelopes of gift cards in front of her as she was giving them to other people. she checked my account and said i was eligible and to print a ticket at the kiosk and come back. i asked them if there is a giveaway and the young lady said yes, gift cards. played and than had to leave when i saw people at the promotions desk. she was pregnant so i thought maybe she is tired and let it go.
i went to the rewards desk and there was one women there and i asked her if they were still mailing books and if there was a promotion giveaway today.
